Lidia Lisboa is a São Paulo-based artist who blurs the borders between object, performance, and ritual. Lisboa hails from Guaíra, a city in Paraná, a state on Brazil’s border with Paraguay. This season Lisboa’s work has been shown in Brazilian galleries and museums, including Brasília’s National Museum; Centro Cultural de São Paulo; and Central Galeria. She has shows upcoming at the Museum of Sacred Art of São Paulo and Instituto Moreira Salles, São Paulo.
